In an Shared NOC situation, the customer gets the benefit of common knowledge that is leveraged across multiple engagements.
Customers choose the Dedicated NOC service for a customized implementation to extend their IT operations team get ultimate coverage flexibility in all areas of people, process and tools. A Dedicated NOC service comprises of a dedicated team of engineers and a project management team that follows customer’s standard operating procedures and blends with Netmagic’s best practices.
